You are welcome to call PMC Workshops with orders or queries. If it is not possible to answer the phone, please leave a message with name and number and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Return of goods
Goods can be returned within 7 days. Providing packaging is unopened, unused and in a resalable condition.

Please return goods via Special Delivery or courier.
Items need to be carefully wrapped and packaged, as we do not accept lost or damaged items in transit.
Please remember to enclose name, address, and contact details, also a copy of purchase receipt.

We will return cost of purchase, but not the cost of postage.

Courses
Full payment is required to secure a place. You have the right to cancel a course up to 3 weeks before course date. After this date the course fee is non-refundable, but alternative dates will be offered.

We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and a refund will be given. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, any goods out of stock and we will of course contact you.
We aim to send items within 2-3 working days,packages will be sent by special delivery,international signed for or by courier,to insure the products reach there destination.

Cancellation Policy
If for reasons beyond our control, to supply the goods or courses to you,
We may cancel the agreement by giving notice to you.
We shall repay you promptly any money paid. We will not be held liable for any inconvenience or expenses incurred as a result

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Details collected at the time of ordering or requesting information at no time will be passed on to 3rd parties.
We may use this information to inform you of special offers or promotions.
